| The Evolution of WILD ARMS® The first WILD ARMS® was released in 1996 on the PlayStation® game console and gained many RPG fans. After WILD ARMS® 2 (1999, PlayStation®) and WILD ARMS® 3 (2002, PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system) were launched in Japan, the WILD ARMS® series became Sony Computer Entertainment's flagship RPG title. Returning eight years after the first release of WILD ARMS® on PS one™, WILD ARMS® Alter code: F™ is not only a remake of the foremost title in the series, but a completely renewed experience with an expanded version of the original story, cutting-edge graphics, and an enhanced game system, which evolved from all the previous titles - these elements were combined to create WILD ARMS® Alter code: F™.
All the map and character graphics have been completely redone in 3D. However, this is not just a 3D version of WILD ARMS® since every part of WILD ARMS® Alter code: F™ has been re-envisioned. WILD ARMS® fans can still get a sense of nostalgia while playing in the new world of Filgaia in WILD ARMS® Alter code: F™. What "Alter code: F™" Means "Alter code" means "Alternate code (modified game) and "F" has two meanings: "FIRST" (representing the first WILD ARMS®); and "FAKE" (representing a different version of WILD ARMS®). WILD ARMS® Alter code: F™ is the official expression of a FAKE version of WILD ARMS®, or alternatively, a "New WILD ARMS®". The three birds on the title logo represent the three "Wanderers" and the subtitle coloring is based on Rudy, the main character. |
